The Symposium of Australian Gastronomy aims to stimulate conversation, research and collaboration on the history, culture, production, education and science of food and drink.

Proceedings of the will be hosted at the University of Tasmania's Inveresk Campus in Launceston, Tasmania, from July 5th to 8th, 2024. Most other events and proceedings are within a 7-minute walk from the Inveresk Campus.
