Join Chef Massimo Mele and celebrated journalist and restaurant critic Dani Valent, as we celebrate the makers and growers of the region with a four-course menu paired with matching Tasmanian wines.

Now in its third year, Grain of the Silo's ‘Meet the Producer' event celebrates a commitment to local farms and sustainable food practices. In creating strong connections with producers and a commitment to sourcing local, the team at Grain believes we can all create stronger, more resilient food systems.

Across the evening, acclaimed food writer and podcaster Dani Valent will lead a dialogue with Massimo, Thomas, Mika and producers to recount always-entertaining tales from the land. Together, we'll delve into the farming practices that result in the exceptional produce on your plate and in your glass.
