QVMAGs free Art and Performance series has musicians artists dancers and actors riffing off the exhibitions in unexpected ways. This time musician Spike Mason and artist Daria Andrews are having an improvised chat through live sound and on the spot drawing in the Art Gallery at Royal Park surrounded by Sam Jinks Mortal Reflections exhibit. Its the sort of thing where the vibe is all contemplative and you might catch yourself humming along or doodling in the margins.

The performance mixes music and visuals in a cosy setup so you can just soak up the soundscape like its background to your thoughts or grab a pencil and sketch whatever strikes you. No charge to wander in and see how it unfolds.
