Gather 'round, folks, it's that time again. The Friends of Cambridge Street Reserve are calling all willing hands to join the crew on the first Saturday of every month from 9:30 to 11:30 am. We're rolling up our sleeves to give this lovely bushland reserve a much-needed spruce up. Spring and early summer might bring a dazzling array of native flowers, but they've also invited a few pesky weeds to the party. It seems they didn't get the memo about crashing.

So, if you fancy a morning of outdoor fun where the dress code is 'practical chic'—think gloves, sturdy boots, a sun hat that could rival a picnic blanket, and perhaps a water bottle to keep you hydrated—come on down. You'll get a good dose of fresh air, a side of community spirit, and the smug satisfaction of knowing you're helping to keep your slice of paradise looking sharp. Mark your calendars for Saturday, 5 April 2025, at 73 Brougham Street, West Launceston, and let's show those weeds who's boss.
