The Engage for Change Community Talk Series is part of the City of Launceston's Low Carbon Launceston campaign.

According to the World Health Organisation and Australian Department of Health, climate change is expected to impact human health through a myriad of ways, including heat-related mortality, the changing spread of infectious diseases, psychological distress and mental illness, injuries and fatalities from extreme weather events and damage to housing, critical infrastructure and support services.

Join us in-person on Thursday, March 7th, 2024 at 6.00pm-7.00pm to hear from a panel of subject matter experts to find out how climate change is expected to exacerbating health risks across Tasmania.
