is a feathered, slightly frazzled wanderer who sets off on a cross country search for where he really fits in. He wonders whether the famously laid back pink cockatoos will take him in or if he is secretly kin to the theatrical lyrebird. Along the way he is trailed by Duck, a scrawny flightless youngster who insists on tagging along and who would happily shake off if he could.

When ' quest starts to put Duck in real danger, the trip turns into a choice between chasing an identity and looking after the awkward companion who has already become part of his life. Think reluctant heroics, awkward introductions and a surprising amount of soul searching with feathers involved.
