Scotch Oakburn College is putting on the Tasmanian debut of Harry Potter and the Cursed Child in its High School Edition. For those who thought the magical mayhem ended after Voldemort got his comeuppance, think again. It turns out 19 years wasn't quite long enough for Harry, Ron, and Hermione to truly hang up their wands. They're back, apparently still dealing with wizarding world drama, though this time with a fresh batch of Hogwarts newbies in tow.

The plot thickens when Harry Potter's rather headstrong son, Albus, decides to make friends with the son of his dad's old nemesis, Draco Malfoy. Because what could possibly go wrong there, right. Naturally, this unlikely friendship kicks off a whole new adventure involving spectacular spells, a bit of a chaotic jaunt through time, and what sounds like an epic showdown against some shadowy forces. Basically, the future of everything is once again dangling precariously, which seems to be a recurring theme in this universe.
