The Kill Me Now one act comedy festival is running in Launceston, presenting a collection of plays that delve into those gloriously awkward moments we all know too well. Expect to see the lighter side of situations like disastrous dinner parties, peculiar dreams, and dating mishaps, where absolutely nothing seems to go according to plan. It is a trio of short comedies where life's more bizarre turns are given a good natured poke.

You can catch these at the Earl Arts Centre on Earl Street from Wednesday 23 July to Saturday 26 July 2025. Evening performances kick off at 7:30 PM each night, with an extra matinee on Saturday at 2:00 PM. Entry is forty dollars for a full ticket, or thirty five dollars if you are a concession holder or coming along in a group of six or more.
