Ever heard of light pollution. Sounds daft, doesnt it. Light is supposed to be a good thing, yet here we are calling it rubbish like its choking the planet. For centuries weve been flicking on fake lights after sunset, acting like its the most normal thing since sliced bread. Truth is, plants and critters have been dancing to the suns daily rhythm for millions of years, and our own body clocks are wired the same way.
