If you're after a spot of indoor entertainment away from the chilly July weather, the Launceston Planetarium has its 'We Are Guardians' show playing. This one's a rather clever look at how all of Earth's ecosystems are linked up, and how our ever watchful satellites are helping us understand the connection between human goings on and the whole climate change conundrum. It's all about how these space based snoops are crucial in working out how to dial down those pesky emissions. A good one for the whole family, apparently, so no excuses about it being too complicated.

Getting in will set you back ten dollars and sixty seven cents for adults, and seven dollars and fifty one cents for the youngsters.
