Join in on a unique crafting adventure and contribute your tale to the Possum Skin Cloak. These cloaks have been a cherished tradition for many Aboriginal communities, typically adorned with the stories of folks and families. So, if you've got a family secret or just really like possums, this is the place for you.

In this interactive workshop, you'll get up close and personal with a pyrography tool—think of it as a fancy soldering iron that helps you burn your thoughts into a square of possum skin. You'll design your personal emblem, symbol, or story, transforming it into something magical. All your shiny new squares will get stitched onto the cloak for a grand reveal at our NAIDOC Week morning tea on Sunday, 6 July.
