If you've got a household item that's seen better days—maybe your toaster is only working half the time or your favourite shirt is more holes than fabric—then it's time to roll on down to the Launceston Repair Cafe. This chill, monthly affair is your chance to rescue those beloved yet broken bits and bobs from a fate worse than the rubbish bin. Plus, you can pick up some nifty repair skills from our team of handy folks who seem to have been born with a toolbox in hand.

Just a heads-up, this isn't a "drop it and run" situation. You'll need to stick around and lend a hand while our repair wizards work their magic. From wonky electronics and torn clothes to furniture that has clearly given up on life, all sorts of repairs are on the menu—depending on who shows up, of course. So grab your most stubborn broken thing and come on down to the Pilgrim Church Hall on Saturday, 15 March 2025, between 1 PM and 4 PM for a good laugh and some crafty problem-solving.
