Pull up a chair in Havilah's private dining room for a relaxed tasting of six seasonal wines, each paired with a small plate from the kitchen. The night includes the debut spring releases from local producers Havilah, Two Tonne and Woodlawn, so you can try new bottles and practise sounding like you know what 'nose' means.

The room blends a bit of history with a willingness to try new things, and the focus is on Tasmanian flavours served alongside the kitchen's seasonal nibbles. Tickets are $95. The tasting runs Saturday 18 October 2025 from 6:00pm to 8:00pm at Havilah Wine, 178 Charles Street, Launceston TAS 7250.
