The LYTE (Launceston Youth Theatre Ensemble) Senior Showcase comprises 2 performances, the first by the LYTE Queechy Senior Company, which also features our LATE class members (Launceston Adult Theatre Ensemble). The second performance after interval involves our Riverside senior company. Both companies boast performers from the ages of 14-18.

Queechy Senior Company: Jane Austen Zoomed
A fast paced and melodramatic look at the six Jane Austen novels – Sense and Sensibility, Pride and Prejudice, Mansfield Park, Emma, Northanger Abbey and Persuasion.

Riverside Senior Company: The Importance of Being Earnest
An updated & condensed version of the classic ‘Trivial Comedy for Serious People'. Wilde's most enduringly popular play.
