Get ready for a show that's as British as tea and biscuits, featuring our talented actors aged 15 and up. On December 14, 2024, come join us for the , where our Senior and Adult companies will put on their final hurrah of the year with two delightful performances.

In Act 1, we've got the Riverside Senior Company serving up a slice of British comedy with The Wit of the Brit. They'll be diving into snippets from some of Britain's funniest treasures like Absolutely Fabulous, Black Adder, and Fawlty Towers—prepare for some proper laughs. Then in Act 2, the Queechy Senior/Adult company will tickle your funny bone with Nothing Serious, a collection of cleverly crafted 10-minute comedies from Rich Orloff. Think of it as a theatrical tapas menu, only with more laughter and less risk of dropping your plate.

Tickets are priced at a steal, so gather your friends, family, or anyone who appreciates a good chuckle—just leave the serious faces at home.

When exactly can you get your giggle fix? Well, it's Saturday, December 14, 2024, at 1:00pm and 7:00pm, at the Earl Arts Centre. If you're in or around Launceston, this is the perfect excuse to get out and have some laughs.
