Ever wondered how a beetle manages that stealthy scuttle or how a bee pulls off a perfect buzz rather than just watching them do it? On Saturday 29 November 2025, Truwulway artist Karen Smart will run a series of pop up movement and dance circles at the Queen Victoria Museum at Inveresk where families can explore how native bugs move. Think playful, quirky activities where flapping wings and beetle scuttles count as serious investigation.
Sessions run from 10:30 am to 1:00 pm. The pop up sessions are free and no bookings are required. Location: Queen Victoria Museum at Inveresk, 2 Invermay Road, Invermay TAS 7248. Suitable for curious movers of all ages.
