Ever wondered what goes into making all that fancy paper? Well, you're in for a treat because visual artist Joanna Gair is ready to take you on a backstage tour of her papermaking world. Join us for an informal chat at the Museum at Inveresk where she'll spill the beans on the techniques that make her custom papers oh-so-special, including the bespoke creations she whipped up just for the Unbound exhibition labels. No, she doesn't use a magic wand—just some good old-fashioned creativity and a bit of elbow grease.

So, mark your calendars for Saturday, 5 October 2024, from 2 PM to 3 PM. It's a free event, so no need to rummage through the couch for spare change.
