Youth Meetup: Anime & Manga at Launceston Library

Love anime and manga and feel the need to talk about them at volume? There are two relaxed meetups at Launceston Library where people watch screenings from Crunchyroll's Library Outreach Program, try some PC gaming, and have a go at art activities. Come to trade recommendations, unload your fan theories, or quietly enjoy whatever is on screen while someone else provides the running commentary.

Sessions run 11:45 am to 1:45 pm on Saturday 23 August 2025 and Saturday 30 August 2025 at Launceston Library, 71 Civic Square, Launceston TAS 7250. The group is for ages 15 and older. The events are neurodivergent friendly with quiet spaces, headphones, puzzles and fidget toys. Attendance is free and you can register via Eventbrite.
